Listed below are some of the projects that I am working on for my G Scale 1:22.5 Narrow Gauge Garden railroad.

Cumbres Pass Station

This is a  scratch built 1:22.5 scale version of the original D&RGW Cumbres station located at Cumbres pass that was torn down in the 1950's
G scale Box car made out of 1/4" Sintra and .020 Styrene with Delton Box car door hardware. Addtional hardware will be hand made from brass and trucks and couplers will be purchased items.
Track Modules for Garden Railroad.

These are some of the track modlues made out of Sintra with hand cut cedar ties and hand spiked code 332 steel rail before being installed in outdoor garden railroad.

From top to Bottom:  Module with ties and Rail; Module with ties;  painted bare Module;  Underside of Module. 

Modules are 4" wide and 1 1/2" tall and 6 feet long. Sintra is 1/4" tick, glued with plumbers cement and screwed into the PVC spacers which are made by cutting PVC the 3/4" thick moulding boards down to 1 1/4" tall x 3 1/2" long.
Switch Module made the same way as straight and curve modules.  Rail is code 332 Steel Rail and ties are hand cut cedar.
From top to bottom:  Side of box car with hand scribed boards into 1/4" sintra.  Bottom of box car showing underframe cut from 1/2" thick sintra to correct dimentions.  Inside view of boxcar showing base made out of old sign printed on the sintra and showing roof bracing.
Line  side building made from 1/8" thick Sintra and styrene.  Windows and door are home made resin castings.
Standing seam roof  was painted with Krylon Aluminum paint and while still wet, rust power was added to create the rusted effect.
Building was painted with Poly-S D&RGW cream color and D&RGW building brown.
Inside showing Window and door castings and applied battons.  Entire builing was assembled using Gorilla Super Glue.
